We had a server by the name of Mike. Group of 6 people arrived at 10:20pm on a Thursday. He came to our table 10min after we were seated. Told me if I sign up for the rewards would get free chips and free dessert at that visit. I filled out the form he gave me. NEVER GOT CHIPS, AND HE CHARGED ME FOR THE DESSERT. He brought our drinks 15min after we put the drinks order in, WE NEVER GOT REFILLS AS HE NEVER CIRCLED THROUGHFOR IT. He didn't even hand us the cups when he came with then, he brought is all to the side of the table and had us grab them ourselves basically. Our food didn't arrive until 12:10am.
