Wow, never seen anything like this. How are they still in business? Waited over an hour at the counter to pick up our food, nonetheless, not one dish was right. The hostess said that they were very busy, yet there was only one table in the dining room that had a few people. Very confusing experience. We ordered a sirloin steak, Fajitas, one of the burgers, chicken wings and two salads. I guess they were drying out the food for that hour because the wings and the fajita chicken were dried up and looked like those were re-heated multiple times... went directly to the trash can. Instead of the ordered Sirloin, we received the flat something steak (looked like a half-portion or someone's leftove...
The Brownie Obsession is my favorite dessert to have at TGIF. I like eating here sometimes, however, my meal at this location did not deliver finger licking good meals. The meals were not bad or terrible but I'm use it tasting really good at other locations. Despite that, the service was good and our waitress was attentive. I also enjoyed my drink. I'm not sure if I'll have dinner at this location again but I'll definitely try another location.
Went on Saturday at 12pm and it was not too busy. The waitress was very nice and polite but not attentive. The sprite soda was only carbonated water, we asked for cokes instead. We ordered an entree to split between the 2 kids. We asked for a extra plate. She came back with 2 small appetizers plates. I asked her for just one bigger plate and she came back with 2 big plates. Maybe I spoke too softly. The meals were good and well portioned.
A fight happened at the bar. Very slow and miserable service. Took an hour for some chicken wings and a lemonade. The serving sizes are very small for an extremely large price. Waitors seem confused. Manager is having hard time managing. Worste than the local Applebee's.
