I can't even explain the experience! In my 45 years of dining out I tried to take my daughter for a birthday dinner with my other daughters and my mother and my grandson. Nothing and I mean nothing went right!! They brought us the wrong orders, we were supposed to be getting endless apps, but they never came back to give us them, they never refilled our drinks, everyone of our meals were messed up , and I mean missing something major ! and when we asked the main , out of the five different waiters that came to our table, she told us they were they were out of it, but then another waitress or manager would bring it to us !! so they weren't out of it !!and then she told us they don't sing happ...
Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late.
The manager and a host were present when I entered and they did not greet me. I actually think they glared at me, after a few awkward moments I explained that I made a reservation for 10 via opentable, they had no idea what I was talking about. After checking the reservations they found my party and found room for us. I was waiting by the door and when i went to sit on the couches there were two big piles of spit on the floor. The restaurant was fairly empty, but it took forever to order our first round of food. We were sent a new waitress and she was much nicer and more helpful.
The food is excellent, the service is fantastic, and overall it's a great place to have a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

We got our appetizer quickly. And the rest of the meal arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
