The wait time was less than 5 minutes which was great however it went downhill from there. We ordered drinks, a few kids drinks 4 drinks that had to come from the bar. 3 of the 4 drinks arrived in a timely fashion however the last drink took 20+ mins. The appetizers came out before the last drink. I had to request a manager who then came back with my drink and informed me that the ticket fell in between something and was lost. Impossible if the other drinks where on the exact same ticket and came out to the table. Along with that my spinach dip was all cheese, the shrimp in my pasta was undercooked the drink the manager brought out to me wasn’t prepared correctly, way too strong. All in all...
visit them from the city with the family and we were greeted with a most pleasant experience! we were sat by the hosts immediately and our server was fast to meet us. brandon, respected them because they are one of the most pleasant servers I have experienced, not only that, but the drinks he mixed were guilty and some of the best we had. eating was quick to come out, it was hot, and it was delicious! Honesty... The service was mediocre..the food came out cold... I got the ribs and it really were nothing but bones. We asked for mor fries because everyones fries were cold.. So they bought out the basket of fries for 10 ppl to share. Not to mention the table was never cleaned off from start to finish. I asked for them to clean the table off 3 times until someone actually bussed it.. Ive been to Friday's plenty of time and this was the worst
that was a great visit. the server were wonderful and very nice. it seems that the chef did not cook a burger completely according to specifications, and there were a few problems like that, but we had a great experience overall. it was not extremely loud or overpacked at a Friday night that is a good sign of my opinion after. Also, they take reservations where many other restaurants in the environment do not.

we never sat because they had hot water. Now I know it's happening. my problem is, I've kept pretending they've tried to inform us about the problem. the parking space was empty when we were there, so they had time to call at least the people the made reservations. fortunately, this was not a terrible inconvenience. I was just looking forward to these great appetizers.
Our server Lakuan was patient and accommodating. We had a large group that arrived at separate times. Lakuan tended to those who arrived first, then followed up with those who arrived later. There initially wasn’t a hostess at the hostess desk. When she arrived, her service was less than welcoming. It was almost as if it pained her to show us to our table.
very bad service level. a margarita in the frame of her lunch. it melts on the bar for 15 minutes, as long as it took until the server returned. no other employee could be harassed to lead it on our table, then we were double charged for it. the manager had to pay off the ticket as the server could arrange it wrong.
The food orders were incorrect. It took awhile to correct all five orders. The staff were very accommodating but it was only five people and we didn’t understand why it was so hard to get the orders right since there were no special requests.

few people in restaurant, but service slowed down and did not bring app until after dinner served them well made). the personal is friendly and it is my place to go, but just my friend and I left flat. I assume that the shift will change.
