We used to dine at Fridays almost every week, but we started coming less frequently a few years ago. Our friends recommended it for a night out, so we decided to give it another try. I made a reservation on OpenTable, which was convenient as we didn't have to wait when we arrived. However, the host was very rude and seemed confused about OpenTable. Our server was great and did her best, but it took nearly 50 minutes for our food to arrive at the table, even though the restaurant was not very busy. She was friendly and kept us informed about the status of our order, which we appreciated. I may return at some point, but probably only when a friend invites us and we feel obligated.
We had a reservation and were served 30 minutes late, after 3 large parties without reservations were seated before us. The hostess said they were waiting for someone to clear off the table. We looked at the table she was talking about, and it had been cleaned the whole time. You were clearly severely understaffed!!! Will not be returning to this restaurant again!!!
We had a RESERVATION for 2 at 6pm. Checked in at 5:50. Was ignored and had to ask several times how long we would have to wait with no answer. Several Hosts appeared to not know what they were doing. Finally got seated around 6:30 after they sat many “signed in” guests first. Service at the table was poor as well. Will not be choosing that location any time soon!
Phone to make a reservation and was told to make it at opentable. “Download the app place your reservation and I’ll see it on my tablet “he said IDID, HE DIDN’T the app was a waste of time. TGIF got us seated right away because they ate good people.

The service was great even though it was really busy. Our waitress was phenomenal but the apps were cold (she did get us a new order) and the drinks were sub par at best. I was disappointed because I usually go there for drinks and apps.
The Open Table app didn’t work, even though we got confirmation from Open Table that we were all set. The service was very slow. The food was average.
When we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that they do not take reservations. We had to wait for 15 minutes despite thinking we had one.
Got dinner here because I had to pick something up at the mall and had the kids, so thought it would be an inexpensive dinner.
