Third time we've used open table at this venue and they still don't understand they are listed on the app or what the app is. It took more than 25 minutes for management to organize a server to come to our table and over 40 minutes (total) to get our drink order delivered. We were a party of 8 (3 adults, 5 children ages 1-8). We asked several other servers and the seating staff for help to no avail. The food is good but with service like this and a consistent attitude of apathy by the staff that we will not be going back.
