This TGI Fridays is not honoring open table reservations. They told us 25+ minutes even though most of the restaurant tables were empty. They gave the same lame stolen iPad excuse I saw mentioned months ago. When we expressed our frank unwillingness to accept this situation, the few other customers in the building universally expressed their unhappiness with how long they had waited and other elements of service. We left and wound up having a nice family dinner at Pizzeria Uno down the street.
We reserved a table for 8 persons at this restaurant. They claimed they did not know of the reservation because of a stolen iPad. It meant we had to wait for half an our to get a table which was odd since there were a lot of free tables. You'd think someone of the staff could have checked the reservations on another computer but I guess that was too much of a hassle. Personnel did not seem all that happy to be there anyway. Food was as expected for a TGI so that was ok I guess.

we have booked over open table to say when we arrived that it was pointless, as they could not see any bookings, as their ipad had visited a completely wasted month ago and the use of open table had been stolen, as we then wait a 45 min dont book a table as they tell them that it is not important

They did not have my OpenTable Reservation because their iPAD had been stolen. The hostess said it would be a 30-40 minute wait although there were many empty tables. We got the manager and she saw that we were seated right away.
This TGIFridays is the worst one I've ever been to. They wouldn't allow us to use our reservation, customer service was horrific. Do NOT go to this one. Go to the Buena Vista one , it's worth the drive. Book a table now
After attending this restaurant I'm guessing it will be closed in the near future. I would never return to this one and would be questionable if I would try another TGI Friday's
