Despite appearing to be unaware of my OpenTable reservation, the staff managed to seat us. However, the service was slow, even with a small number of customers present. This restaurant used to be my favorite, but the constant turnover of new servers, who are not familiar with the rewards program and the menu, has made my visits less enjoyable. It's frustrating, especially since I've been a loyal rewards member since 1992. Perhaps this location is just facing some challenges.
I called in an order and was asked to pay before I received my food. While I waited, I observed that the container for fresh ice was left open for the entire 15 minutes I was there. To make matters worse, one of the servers poured what looked like half of a used cup into the open ice container. This made me quite concerned about potential cross-contamination and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The service at this restaurant was excellent; the staff was both friendly and efficient. The wait time was remarkable. The food was typical for a chain restaurant but was well-prepared and flavorful. We made the most of the 2 for $20 deal, which offered great value. I would certainly consider returning in the future.
The food was delicious and served hot. My server provided excellent service, but be ready for airport prices. Two unsweetened teas and one Dr. Pepper cost $3.99 each—yikes! Nevertheless, the service was great, and my burger was cooked exactly how I wanted it. Book a table now
I truly enjoyed the atmosphere as soon as my family and I walked in. The server was polite and attentive. The food was incredible—fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
