I've been here several times mostly because of co-workers or colleagues who preferred Thai At Silver Spring. I enjoy their lunch specials. A much better deal than coming here for a regular dinner. The lunch specials include a generous entrée, your choice of appetizer and a soda. For Thai Iced Tea, you will be charged extra (an entire drink price, instead of the difference between a soda and Thai Tea which is what I would expect). The food however is VERY inconsistent.
The Pad Lake Ew was absolutely delicious! The portions are quite generous, and the prices are reasonable given the high quality of the food. The Fried Bananas and Coconut Ice Cream were outstanding, with the ice cream featuring crispy bits of coconut. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, making for a lovely dining experience. Overall, this could become my new favorite Thai restaurant, and I highly recommend it to others!
