Food is fairly standard; they rectified a mistake they made with our food order, let me keep the old order, apologized, and gave me an extra spring roll they didn't get defensive and they took responsibility. . ~M.
Great service! Food is okay, no where near as flavourful and delicious as the Thai Express I got at the mall though, not gonna lie. Ate most of it wishing I just waited to go to the mall tomorrow!
I like Thai express as a franchise. This one store in particular has done a great job making the food. I've never been disappointed here and will continue to come back.
I always get quality food at the Ritson location! It's much better than the one at the Oshawa Centre. I love their Pad Se Ew.
