We were in a hurry and the employee asked us after ordering our food if it was inside or take out? I said take out and we waited for our food to arrive. After our food arrive the employee served it to us on a plate like we are going to dine in. I said TAKE OUT. They gotta train there employees better to follow simple instruction. Most them working act like they don't care and it really shows on the faces.
I used visit at thai express in Fredericton because the staff and food is very good but now I am in Moncton so have only one thai express and every time I visit there always getting a bad service experience with staff they server food very negative energy the lady who was there today she was soo rude to us as well they burn the food as well i think they need to change their staff specially girls
The worst restaurant serving old food to their customers. Me and my friend ordered for chicken dim sums, rice and chicken curry. It was not fresh and served cold. The server was lazy and not helping us to select the good food from the menu. We didn?t even eat the old food and wasted our $30. I will never recommend for thai express restaurant its a waste of money! Better to eat from food court.
Absolutely great food. I highly recommend! Tough, remember, you shouldn't buy the spicy or more, because the mild is actually quite spicy. You should definitely ask for in the middle of no spices (I don't remember how it's called) and mild. The service was great. No other words, 5 stars.
