Thai Kitchen - Table reservation

The customer service here is atrocious, I say this as someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry on and off over the years. I never really write reviews and I wish that I could give it zero stars.I called in a few weeks ago to place an order the person who took the order was incredibly rude, snapped at me and hung up on me when I asked for clarification on the order. I went in and addressed it very politely with the staff member who brought the food out. He completely ignored what I said the first time so I repeated myself again politely assuming that he just didn’t hear me. I got the pad ped mild because I never eaten here before (usually I like medium but at some authentic places a medium is really hot). Here the mild means no spice, none whatsoever. This is on the more expensive side per dish to not add spice. This dish doesn’t come with mushrooms, which is standard, and the eggplant was undercooked. It didn’t taste bad, but I won’t be rushing back there.

Had their lunch shrimp pad thai and it was pretty tasty. There was a bit too much salt however it was good.
