The chow mein at Thai Lao Cuisine is possibly the best I’ve had in a long time. The noodles are thin and delicate, perfectly seasoned, with a great balance of vegetables to noodles. The tofu was cooked just right—neither watery nor too chewy. I will definitely order this dish again. Thanks so much! I’m looking forward to exploring more from their menu.

Disappointing, no real flavor. We ordered the Tom Khau soup the fried veggie rolls with white jasmine rice and Thai tea. It was our 1st time ordering from this resturaunt and as we both have colds we had it delivered. The tea was very good the veggies rice chicken were awesome; however the soup lacked flavor spices.

I ordered the pork pad Thai (C37), yellow curry with rice, and an egg roll. Everything was fantastic, as always, and there was more than enough to keep me satisfied for a couple of days. I highly recommend this restaurant to newcomers to Thai cuisine as well as to experienced Thai food enthusiasts!

Really enjoyed my meal here. The Angel Wings and Panang Curry were excellent. The Pad Thai was good too, though it had an unusual BBQ sauce-like flavor. It was thick and hearty, which was a nice change. Looking forward to trying more dishes on the menu next time. Definitely worth a visit! Book a table now

Whenever I crave Thai food, this is my go-to place. Their pad thai is amazing and full of flavor. My daughter adores the wor wonton soup, and we relish every single bite. I only wish Thai Lao were open 24/7 so I could indulge in their delicious dishes any time of day!

I ordered the N42, Drunken Noodles (Spicy Noodles, Pad Kee Mow) with seafood. Unfortunately, there wasn't much seafood in the dish. Additionally, the serving of mango Sweet Sticky Rice was quite small for the price.

The food is truly outstanding—hands down the best papaya salad I've ever tasted, along with an incredible Khao Mun Gai. I also really enjoy the flavorful broth that comes with it. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Thai Lao Cuisine is a low key restaurant in Citrus Heights near Sacramento. This family run restaurant serves a variety of authentic Thai currys to delight your palate. Idea spot for family take-out. Book a table now

This is a charming family restaurant. Our server was excellent. However, the menu is quite limited. The homemade garlic potato dumplings were a standout and very popular.
