While the customer service may differ from typical American standards—such as frequent drink refills and a constant exchange of “please” and “thank you”—the staff is always polite and respectful. The menu features a wide range of authentic and delicious dishes, including plenty of meat-free options for vegetarians or anyone looking for tofu. Since finding this Thai restaurant we’ve frequented it every 2-3 weeks for months! The Green Chicken curry 4 star is always perfection for me. My husband speaks highly of the Chicken Pad Thai, the spring rolls are good as well. We’ve taken friends that enjoyed several types of Thai fried rice too. Highly recommend the restaurant and its food for cleanliness, fresh taste, consistency in flavor and friendly service. Lunch or dinner you won’t be disappointed, dinner even has a special treat of orchids as a garnish on some dishes.
I often find the service to be quite slow whenever I dine here. As someone who tips generously, I can't help but feel that my age might be the reason for the less-than-stellar treatment. I don't eat eggs, and when I request the pad thai without egg, the staff tends to dismiss my request and belittle me, saying it won’t taste good. It's just ridiculous. I think I’ll be going to Thai Basil in Olmstead from now on; their service is outstanding!

My husband and I stopped here on our road trip and very much enjoyed the food! If you’re looking for an authentic Thai dish the Pad Woon Sen is a safe bet I got it with beef and it was delicious. And if you’re reluctant about trying Thai food my husband recommends the orange chicken. The hot Saki was also fantastic.
We got here before 2:30 and we were not charged for lunch. The advertisement for lunch is deceptive. Whomever the manager was, was rude stated lunch special consist on Spring Roll or Salad, it wasn’t included with entree. This definitely isn’t a place I would recommend!
The chairs are comfortable, there are real flowers adorning the space, and the food is fantastic, complemented by excellent tea. The staff is wonderful, and the prices are reasonable. I give it a full 5 stars!
My husband and I dined at this restaurant last night. Unfortunately, they overcharged us by $300, and we still haven't received a refund. If you choose to visit, I recommend paying in cash.
