My taste buds are happy and warm lol. The crispy pork belly was just that. Crispy edges with tender and fatty but the sauce made the appetizer. Salty tart and the right amount of heat. Crying tiger was more of the same, different sauce but salty sweet and hot in its own way. Beef was perfectly cooked and the rice was nice and sticky. Soak the strips of meat as you're eating another to get the full flavor. Service was great and atmosphere was good. I will be back! Sigh. This might be the worst rated Thai restaurant I've given. The pork belly was painfully painfully dry. The sauce was just ok and it came with 3 tiny pieces of Chinese sausage. My in-laws do not eat food with much seasoning (aka they usually eat bland food) and even they asked for soy sauce to put on their overpriced chicken fried rice. The onions weren't diced but were in huge long wedge-like pieces. There were no other veggies in it. I'm not sure if their chef changed or what but I'll pass next time.
This place is fantastic! We ordered takeout and tried the crab fried rice, which was excellent. Many Thai restaurants skimp on the crab, but here, they included plenty, along with two eggs, which was a nice touch. The drunken noodles with chicken were also good, and I sampled the pickled crab salad, which was a unique experience—I haven't seen that dish at other restaurants before. I will definitely return here whenever I'm in the mood for Thai food. I didn't take pictures of all the dishes, though.
The restaurant had nice and easy parking. I ordered pad thai, calamari, and green curry from there. The food was great especially you can tell that they weren't being cheap with their ingredients and sauces were flavorful. The textures and taste was definitely by someone who knows how to cook Thai food well and not by some people that learned to get by cooking the Thai food. I really recommend it. I absolutely adore this restaurant! A couple of months ago, I introduced my parents to it, and now it has become their favorite spot. The service is excellent, and they serve authentic Thai dishes and street food at a fantastic value. I really enjoy their papaya salad and shrimp cakes as appetizers. I try to swap out different dishes for dinner, but everything I've tasted so far has been amazing!
We've been to a lot of Thai restaurants, and from a Thai perspective, this is by the far the best one. The food was outstanding, and we're impressed by the good amount of variety they have. The portions were also very good, and overall we were very pleased with the food and service. It was worth it after traveling a long way from Frederick, MD, and we would definitely recommend this place.
Wow, the small flounder is huge. Deep fried flounder is so crispy. You can dip it into the basil sauce but I prefer dip it into fish sauce. Delicious! The drunken noodles with seafood is super delicious. The seafood salad is super. The flavor of the boat noodle is little strong for me but still delicious. Highly recommend!
Finally we find a great authentic Thai restaurant. Every dish we ordered was delicious. If you have been to Thailand and enjoyed the real Thai foods, you will be happy with the food at Thai Treasure.
