Tldr; STAY AWAY! What other reviews fail to cover is the utter lack of professionalism when it comes to management at this establishment. Incident 1: I once called to place a booking and was greeted by the owner. The conversation was brash and uncouth, with the owner/cook not being able to answer even the most simplest of questions without having to come across as rude and uneducated. Incident 2: I went in to make a takeaway order. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was obviously stressed out by the number of tables and waiting customers present. As soon as I made my order I took a seat and to my dismay I witnessed perhaps the least ethical treatment of staff I have ever seen...

Sadly this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in years. We used to go to the old venue regularly and it was lovely. The service was slow. The place was empty. The waitress clearly didn't want to be there. The wine eventually arrived. Unopened and plonked on the table. The mixed entree was lovely. The soft shell crab was inedible. We complained and Mala the owner came to argue with us suggesting if we had wanted crispy we should have ordered something else. We will never go back.
I tried to dine here with 3 guests.... waited waited. Approached the bar to get drinks.... nothing no drinks no order taken after 25 minutes walked out the door. This place deserves the respect it gives it customers 0
