Thalhof - Table reservation

When we arrived for our reservation, it turned out that a previous party had stayed far longer than expected and it wasn't clear when or if we would get a table. The staff set us up at the bar with free drinks and snacks. Eventually they let us stay at the bar for our entire meal and in the end the owners only charged us for an appetizer. We insisted that we had no problem eating at the bar and wanted to pay for the great meal, but they refused. That's great customer service!

We go frequently when we're in town and it's by far the best cuisine. The menu is limited but excellent. They always have a good selection of fish dishes as well, not just meat and traditional Austrian. Excellent wine list. Impeccable, friendly and actually very helpful service.

Very reasonable prices for the food quality and service that you receive! Food is delicious! Once the weather holds up, sit on the terrace, it's so peaceful and beautiful! If it gets chilly, you can ask them to turn the heaters on! Staff were helpful and very friendly

Thalhof is a special place. my family have been going there for years on special occasions. its one of these places that you go to for a real treat. Klaus and his staff always make you feel welcome. Great Food and wine. ill be back in january for sure.bis bald...

from the first visit we had an amazing experience with attentive service and great food. We dined at this restaurant 3 times in one week twice as Family and once just with my Wife. all thee occasion had a very good experience. I would definitely reccomend it
