Everything I've ordered at Thao Ngoc has been excellent! This Vietnamese restaurant is relatively new, at least since my return to Dorchester over the past decade. The staff are always welcoming, offering iced tea as soon as you sit down. I tried the salt toasted pork chop plate, which was enormous. The pork chops were incredibly moist and crispy with every bite, and the portion size was impressive. The grilled chicken with rice took me back to my childhood; it was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned.
