I haven't encountered a restaurant like this in years—it was truly a remarkable dining experience. The place was bustling, yet our server was unfazed. He was prompt, well-informed about the menu, and certainly knew how to treat guests at an upscale establishment. As for the food? Absolutely exquisite! My companion had the SeaBass, while I opted for the Lamb with Artichokes. Both dishes were so incredible that we're already planning our next visit to Thassos. The Martinis were crafted to perfection, with the Pama martini being my personal favorite among those we tried. Thassos Greek Restaurant is outstanding! This was our second visit and the authentic Greek food is classic and delicious. The Pastitsada, Dolmades, Gemista, souvlakia, saganaki, avogolemino, were all incredible, prepared perfectly, just like home. The owners were warm and welcoming and the waiter, Victor, was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable! To top it all off, the galactibouriko and ekmek were as good as it gets! Having had a few homemade Greek meals in my time, I highly recommend Thassos to everyone!
As always, eating at Thassos was an incredible experience. I brought 3 of my friends from out of town, and all 3 of them are Greek. They were so pleased by the food, they kept saying it reminded them of their own family's cooking when they were children. Greek food in Chicago doesn't get any better than Thassos. Skip Greek town, skip the posers of Greek restaurants. Do you and your friends a favor, and experience Thassos!

Thassos never disappoints! The food is always fresh and you can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. The prices are fair for the quality of food that you're getting and the drinks and music were a great plus! All around great place, good for business lunch/dinners. I came for a business lunch with one other person, but will absolutely be considering hosting a large business meeting here. Just outstanding.
This was our second visit to Thassos, and we've dined at many Greek restaurants, but this one is by far our favorite. The dolmades are outstanding. We shared the moussaka and pastichio, and the portions were so generous that we even took some leftovers home. Our waiter was very helpful in helping us choose our dishes, and we really enjoy the restaurant's ambiance. We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful experience dining here. Eirini provided excellent service and made a fantastic wine recommendation. My husband ordered a special beef dish, while I opted for the salmon. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed. We would definitely love to visit Thassos Authentic Greek again.
We couldn't have loved this place more for an impromptu Christmas! Food was amazing ! The Pork Chop was high quality and cooked accordingly! Very juicy. The vegtables are amazing- don't know how they make them so delicious. Highly recommend!!!

Some of the best Greek food I've ever had! I've been to Greece before and the food there compared to this restaurant is spot on Authentic. Delicious! Also great Pina Coladas Greek beer. Thank you for a wonderful experience
