The Abbey Cake shop has to be one of the cleanest I have ever been in. The food is covered, the tables are exceptionally clean as is the cutlery and plates cups and saucers. No flies, clean lavatory (very important in my opinion) and the staff are the friendliest, most helpful I have ever come across. I would highly recommend as visit. The food is spectacular, just looking at the many cakes on sale make my mouth water. Best place on Sheppey.
Our daughters reserved us as the first customers at The Bubble today for a family lunch to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with warm and weatherproof surroundings, providing attentive service and offering an excellent buffet lunch that includes delicious scones and beverages. I received a gift voucher for afternoon tea for two at this restaurant. The sandwich fillings were varied and freshly made for us. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend a visit to this place.
Second or third time we have used this dependable eatery. This time it was for a buffet meal at The Minster Abbey after a funeral. Faultless service, wonderful food selection, and they even provided boxes should anyone wish to take away food after the service. Would recommend without hesitation. Book a table now
We ordered a variety of sandwich and wrap platters for a wake. The service was excellent as they delivered the food to the venue at no additional cost. The sandwiches were beautifully presented and filled with fresh ingredients in a variety of flavors. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Made my daughters wedding cake. It looked absolutely stunning and tasted even better. Excellent service as well. Delivered to the venue on time and all set up for us even though it was 40 miles away on a Sunday. Would definitely recommended for any special occasion cake.
Had better quality , cakes dry , the icing ok. We went in for breakfast, probably one of the worst we have had. Microwaved egg on soggy thin white bread. Coffee was okay.

I always pop in here for a coffee when I’m in the Isle of Sheppey. The staff are always friendly and they make the best cappuccino! Would most certainly recommend.
