recently went with my partner to celebrate our pregnant! the atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff was very friendly. our server, icarus, was very welcoming and recommended us the Katsu-Curry I had at the end. the chicken catsu was crispy and delicate, and the curry sauce was full of taste and light spicy. my partner had the signature stack burger with fritten and tweebel rings that they enjoyed very much. the pulled bark filled her wish, which she also had, which was surprising when she is generally very picky about her food haha. overall an amazing experience!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff provided a warm welcome, great service, and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Sea Bass Risotto from the Specials menu. It consisted of two lovely fillets of fish on a bed of green risotto, served with rocket, and it was fabulous. The other meals we tried, including the hot honey chicken burger, cheese and bacon burger, and the mighty mixed grill, were also delicious.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is delightful, and I particularly enjoy the selection of drinks available. The food is not only reasonably priced but also of excellent quality. Head chef Ben personally ensured that all of our needs were taken care of, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Lovely family pub, have always been great with my little girl. She loves the strawberry ice cream and all the attention she gets off Bex and Sarah. Would defiantly recommend the Katsu Chicken its was hit with me and the little one

New managment have completely ruined this pub. Used to be full on weekends now it is a ghost town because the owners are so rude and the food is disgusting tastes like netto microwave meals !
Very pleasant staff apart from a member that spoke to me like rubbish caused me to leave wouldn't have it work in a pub was very disrespectful won't be going back
