Our family is very happy with the quality of The Angler's fresh seafood!! Their shrimp cocktail and homemade sauce is outstanding! We always serve their shrimp cocktail when friends come for dinner. Try their seafood chowder with scallops, white fish, and potatoes. We often order the corn chowder for takeout.
I was very pleased with the clam chowder and scollop roll with sweet potato fries. I will definitely be coming back. The service was good and server came around to check that all was well. I'm visiting from the Chicago area and haven't had sea food this good since leaving Maine in the service.
Started with an excellent shrimp cocktail, and then had the fried Calamari that was delicious and plentiful. Next to the PEI shells that were some of the best I had. Had a wonderful server and will definitely be back.
Best roasted seafood plated and amazing chowder! A friendly atmosphere! Definitely recommend!
