My family and I went to this restaurant for a New Year's Eve lunch. Our first impression was great, with a very welcoming staff. We were seated at our table and the waitress took our order for starters. However, it was a bit strange that she came back 15 minutes later to take our main order. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. Unfortunately, the service went downhill from there. No one checked on us to see if everything was okay, and after finishing our meal, we waited 25 minutes before having to ask someone to clear our table. This pub is fantastic. We went for a family Sunday lunch and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, especially the tripe roast. The staff were friendly, efficient, and overall very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.
