Well, all I can say is that I was so disappointed in the whole experience of our Christmas lunch today. We had a booking for 12.15pm.. we arrived on time, drink were ordered and then sadly it went down hill. Our food did not arrive until 1.50pm! The soup was cold (even the butter block was still whole in the bottom of the bowl), the Turkey was good. However the vegetables were so hard, my elderly mum had trouble cutting them so she left them! My 12 ye old daughter ordered the pizza to which she was given half … which seems very odd and ridiculous after a 2 hr wait! Puddings were lovely, but we didn’t wait for the coffees etc Our waitress was lovely but didn’t communicate either with us or he...
Eat at Apple Tree regularly for Sunday roast. So decided to try for Christmas Day! So glad we did, food was lovely! Staff were excellent and had good space between courses so didn’t get too full too quickly! A great experience. Thank you to all the staff who worked Christmas Day! Will definitely return next year.
My friend and I have been to this restaurant a few times because it's conveniently located halfway between us. The atmosphere is lovely, the food is fantastic, and we received great service from Maitri and Darryl.
Delicious food and drinks and prompt service from Maitei, Katie and Olivia. Wonderful place for a lovely celebration. Would recommend.
