I had previously given them 5 stars but 2 days ago I ordered a med steak n cheese calzone and a can with delivery it went from 23.20 which seems expensive for a med and my card was pending 23.20 to an authorization of 26.20$ I don’t appreciate being robbed. Taking extra money that wasn’t part of the service is stealing. Warning this isn’t the 1st pizza shop over charging days later. The owner on the phone did a lot of stuttering as he knew what I was talking about and kept saying his boss will refund me they don’t steal. THIS IS CRAZY!! When I went to get my money he kept trying to ignore me. GET YALL RECEIPTS!! They’re tipping themselves off yall cards.
Worst service ever I had place an delivery order which was only two minutes down the street they told me it would take 25 minutes. I ordered at 11:15pm and it took them more than an hour to deliver it. I had lunch break from 12-1230 thinking they will be here on time They are located at 856 Dorchester ave delivering to 71 Von Hillern street Boston witch is totally a walking distance witch is totally unacceptable never again ordering from this place again ohh I forgot and I still never received my food till my break was over.
There is literally nothing I have gotten here that I don't love. The pizza is melted cheese good. The sandwiches are superb, especially with the soup combo (it's supposed to be half a sandwich, but sometimes they give you the whole thing anyway! . And I would highly recommend the buffalo mac and cheese, it's probably fattening but also addictive ? Mixed up my order a few times, like 2-3 so it's rare, but I also don't really mind bc the staff is super nice.
I just had one of the best chicken parmesan subs I've ever tasted. This restaurant is a true hidden gem in the neighborhood. The staff at the counter are incredibly friendly, and the menu offers some amazing options.
