EDIT: unfortunately I have to change my review to 3 stars. I love this place but the service has gone down in a major way. Very few of the employees have a smile on their face and look depressed. If I want to be sad first thing in the morning, I can go to the DMV. The second thing that made me change my review is the consistency. I always ask the person taking my order to toast the bagel BLACK, very dark, I emphasize that because that’s how I like it. I would say 1 out of 10 times do I get it dark, most times it’s lightly toasted. I also ask for extra cream cheese, most times I’ll get a couple tablespoons. I just walked in here 3 days ago because I was working in the area and needed breakfast- I’ve been here every day since and get the same delicious BEC extra bacon on an everything whole wheat (awesome! sandwich is a grease mess and wrapped up perfectly, soaking in the bread. The overnight oats they have on the fridge is a great addition for breakfast, although a bit pricy at $6. Making it at home is something I’m going to try tonight. I’m so spoiled here. Local bagel shop, great bagels and coffee. I personally love the variety of spreads they offer with their bagels. It does get a bit busy before noon but I think it’s not that bad. Service is good and they also have tables outdoors. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm not sure I understand why they keep charging different prices for the same selections every time.....
