Sad to say that this bagel house I’ve been coming to for over 8 years has to get a 1 star after today. The night shift worker that I see on my regular late night snack runs refuses to give a cup of water to loyal paying customers. Stores these days are getting way too out of hand treating their customers poorly it’s sad to see. When asking to talk to a higher authority the employee working was unwilling to be cooperative and completely neglectful.If you ever go to this bagel house, I wouldn’t go at night bring your own water or be prepared to pay. Also be prepared to be treated poorly no matter how loyal you are.
