Avoid, reserved a table 2 months in advance, reservation lost- no table on arrival. Offered x2 seperate tables (not ideal for party of 11) Waited to be seated. Half the table served and finished before the rest of the food came out. Woman manager constantly chomping at the bit looking for an argument. Kept coming back to the table to tell us its our fault the food has come out separately and that we couldn't prove we had booked a table and we are rude. I have since emailed them with a complaint and an email trail between myself and The Bank as proof of reservation. Must've heard I'm sorry you feel that way 20x (this is not an apology) celebration ruined by there inability to admit they were...
Take heed!: if you are a large party, BE AWARE they dont have enough pans for fajitas lol. Had higher hopes for this place but unfortunately I can 't get over the fact that I had to wait an hour for food last night. The reason is they 'd ran out of plates . When I questioned that they knew how many of us were going (booking for about 25 ppl) he said well we 've ran out of pans for cooking actually . The infuriating thing is that staff were literally hiding in the kitchen not giving us an update (or hand washing pans, I dont know) which is so rude imo. Just left 7 of us there for 1 hour without any food whilst rest of our party had finished. Not even offered a drink for the inconvenience? No....
Upon arrival we were immediately hit with a warm welcome and a great atmosphere. Although busy for the rugby we weren’t left waiting, they were speedy at the bar and the food came out within 30 minutes of ordering. Really enjoyed the time we spent there and we can’t wait to go back.
Once again this place stands out as the best venue in Rugby for live sports. The screens are state of the art. Service is outstanding. We watched all the England games here and it was packed but a brilliant atmosphere. The team here make it fantastic every time . Book a table now
Went for a bottomless brunch today, food was great but service was EXCEPTIONAL. Craig made sure we had the best time and kept the drinks flowing perfectly. We didn’t even mind when the blue shirt lady kept asking us to tuck her chair in

Decent bar, just the staff is an issue sometimes, food is decent and atmosphere is usually one of the best
