Wow, what an amazing experience we had this evening. We where greeted with a friendly and polite waiter and even the owner came to introduce himself. The service is 5*, we didn't wait long to be served with a selection of drinks and fine wines and then on to our table. Whilst at the table the waiter pulled out chairs and seated us with our napkins on our laps what an amazing experience this was. Now on to the food, it was absolutely delicious, it was freshly prepared and served hot. the curry was amazing nice and full of flavour, Peshawari naan was tasty and generous in size. Stay away from this restaurant! The food is bland and the service is terrible. As an Asian, I know authentic Asian cuisine and this definitely isn't it. The service was awful, with waiters taking forever to bring requested items. The owner/manager had a bad attitude and refused a simple request for fries and naan for our children. The place looked dirty and I wouldn't trust eating food prepared there. Avoid at all costs.
I recently dined at The Banyan Tree for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant is beautiful, with a charming atmosphere, and the food was truly outstanding - delicious and well-presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant dining experience. I will definitely be returning for the best curry I've ever had!
Celebrating my birthday, with family and the food was amazing, very fresh and came out really hot. The staff was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The owner even brought me a birthday cake out, with sparkler, what a great end to a lovely evening. Will definitely be returning.

We arrived at opening time for a end of year christmas work dinner it was extremely cold and the heaters were not turned on till much later when other customers arrived. Flavours were not rich and in my opinion probably a little too much on the menu to make good food.
