old secular traditional pub, friendly and efficient. I had lunch. good value and good food. the specials had a good choice today as well as the standard menu. for salmon and garnel starter very good) followed by traditional gammon, ei and chips huge and also very good). I'll eat here again.
Love thus pub. Not regulars but always get a nice welcome. It's popular so parking is tight but you can usually get a space nearby. We had dinner this time. Good quality bar food nicely served and well presented.
Unfortunately a bit empty thanks Omicron!! Friendly and chatty bar staff and landlady. Look forward to getting back to the Barley Mow in normal times and looks to be a great summer pub!!! Thank you for being open
Came here on a multi day hike a little early for dinner. They were booked right up, but went above and beyond to serve me even at their convience. Helped this hungry traveller!
