we have stayed here quite long since the floods and while we move into our temporary accommodation, I would like to express a massive thanks to all and all the workers here. with 2 young children the last weeks were difficult, but with all the help, time and carefree each of them have taken a beautiful service in the restaurant when we help with bags in our room or welcome us and the young only when we have seen them. you have made this life a little easier! id love to say i will miss living in a hotel but I don't want to but I will miss the wonderful personal here and would recommend the hotel to everyone!
I had a wonderful meal tonight after a great day of shopping in Londonderry. Despite battling cancer and wearing a head scarf, a kind man (a staff member) approached me to ask how I was doing. He offered me a complimentary drink or anything on the house, but when I declined, he gave me a bag of sweets instead. The highlight was when he gave me a hug and wished me well with my treatment. It was such a heartwarming gesture. Thank you very much.
Today, I had an absolutely beautiful Mother's Day meal. I give it a 10 out of 10. The atmosphere, food, service, staff, and entertainment were all fantastic. The roast beef was the best I've ever tasted. I was very impressed.
Arrived to a very warm welcome beautiful place food really good too, I will be returning cannot fault this place just what I needed after a busy day.
