Visited The Cropthorne Bell for the first time today with my wife and daughter. We popped in with the intention of having a quick bite to eat-but ended up staying for 2 hours and having starters, mains and desserts-drinks and coffee! Was the best Sunday roast we have had in a pub for years-Andre clearly cares about the food he prepares and serves-so much attention to detail-my wife is GF-and they were really accommodating-serving GF mint sauce, mustard Yorkshire Puds Nut Roast etc, Coffee served in proper cafetière-Apparently Andre has worked around the world as a chef-and it is absolutely evident in the delicious food served. Jane was super friendly and attentive from the 1st minute-thank y...

I just wanted to provide a quick update on my review from April: The Cropthorne Bell is still fantastic. I was fortunate enough to discover that they were open on a Monday, as they were catering for another group. I made a reservation and brought a couple of friends who appreciate a delicious pub meal. The food was exceptional, as always. One of my friends thoroughly enjoyed the calves' liver, while a few of us opted for the veal, which was cooked perfectly. My partner's homemade burger was also delicious. I started my meal with some rollmop herrings, which were outstanding. The ale was well-kept, and there was a fantastic selection of ciders available. It's great to see that they are still...

My brother and sister-in-law, who live in California, found a fantastic gastropub near us called The Bell and gave us a gift voucher to try it out. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived, with Jane's daughter providing attentive service. The scallops as a starter and pheasant as a main course were delicious, showcasing the talent of the chef (presumably Andre). The music selection, which seemed tailored for us, was not too loud or intrusive, sparking nostalgic conversations about the artists. Upon leaving, we had the pleasure of meeting Jane and Andre, who run a top-notch business offering high-quality, well-priced food. Don't miss out on this gem!

After our first trip today we already can't wait to go back! The service is fabulous and the couple who run the pub are lovely. We couldn't fault the service or food and really enjoyed the experience with our family and little one. The pub feels homely and cosy, a proper traditional pub. As a gluten free diner the service for this was refreshing, they make you feel reassured and can offer nearly everything gluten free as they make everything fresh. They recommend booking in and are even happy to take requests! We would highly recommend and can't wait to go back soon for a Sunday lunch next time. Book a table now

We have driven past the Bell many times on our way to somewhere, so today we decided to stop and check it out. What a delight ! A wonderfully warm reception; a new drink produced locally; and an excellent lunch whilst they catered for a local club’s AGM. They could not have been more helpful with my lady’s allergy requirements. We will most definitely be back. Already looking to this Sunday’s lunch. Amazing what we can discover under our nose xxx

We went to this pub on the first day of our vacation. It is a charming pub with welcoming staff, regular customers, and a friendly landlady. The food was excellent and served piping hot. The potted shrimp starter was heavenly. We have already made a reservation for next time and hope to save room for dessert. If you are in the area, stop by - you won't be disappointed.

I visited this restaurant with my Polish partner recently for his first roast dinner. It was also my first time trying the roast here and we both had a wonderful experience. We even brought our miniature dachshund with us and were made to feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning for more in the future.

We were looking for a decent place to eat near Evesham on a Friday evening. Having looked at Trip Advisor we decided to try The Cropsthorne Bell. What a happy choice. Lovely cosy pub and Jane and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The beer was good and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. Definitely a place to revisit. Book a table now

We haven't visited the zbell Inn often, but after yesterday's experience, we realized what we've been missing out on. The service was excellent and friendly, and the Sunday lunch was fantastic. We won't wait so long to come back next time!
