Several members of my family had rooms here for a few days for my sister's wedding. The staff were so friendly, so helpful to all of us, and made an effort to make sure the experience was special and easy for us, and that everything went as smoothly as possible. They were accommodating and, more than anything else, flexible which helped a great deal amid all the chaos of the wedding build-up. The room was definitely nice, although if I had to give one bit of feedback it would be that the doors could do with some kind of safety closure, because it's very difficult to close them without making a lot of noise and we heard a lot of bangs as guests were coming and going. I arrived at the hotel, and the location was perfect. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. What made the experience even more special was that one of the guests was in a wheelchair. Since there was no elevator in the accommodations, the manager, Dave, organized two employees to help carry the wheelchair up several flights of stairs. This kind of assistance happened at various locations, making our stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend a visit myself. The breakfast was excellent as well.
Staff are absolutely fantastic. Any issues are resolved with an above and beyond attitude. The rooms are clean and facilities are good. The restaurant and bar are decorated to a very aesthetically pleasing fashion and the food is grand. Had a slight issue on the first night but the manager went far beyond expectations to sort it out. I don’t have a single bad word to say having stayed for two separate weeks here. Thanks to all at the belmore!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—truly wonderful people. My only concern is that the silicone in the showers and baths needs to be replaced, as I noticed some mold and mildew spots. I had the fish of the day for dinner, and while it could be improved, I understand that the staff were managing a busy environment due to many people being home with COVID-19. I’ll give it another try during my next stay to see if things are better.

We stayed at the Belmore last night before heading to the airport this morning, and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The place was immaculate, with tidy and spacious rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Dining at the restaurant was exceptional. We highly recommend this place. A big thank you to everyone at the Belmore!
I returned to the belmore today and was not yet there. coworker lewis at the bar, ingrid in front of the house, since the general manager and mel the manager were all a pleasure to treat. I knew ingrid only from previous experience and she was always beautiful. the food quality was nice and the service was very good. eating is always great. drink quality also beautiful.
What a lovely place! Stayed for NYE and honestly couldn't be happier, the room was absolutely immaculate and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a full English breakfast and both the presentation and quality of ingredients were top notch. If you haven't visited this place, then get it booked, you won't be disappointed.
Amazing staff: Everyone made us feel welcomed and like family, I will come back and stay next time I'm in Sale. Amazing food: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious. The atmosphere was amazing, staff was friendly and attentive.
