The Bercy - Table reservation

Hostess Jen was very accommodating when we arrived. Our waiter Johnny gave us a wonderful service, knew exactly when to come to the table, very gracious, I would ask him the next time I am. The octopus was good. The best part of my meals was the Escargot with this delicious silky parsley sauce and fresh bread to dark, mmmmmmmm! Oysters were very fresh, ordered the West Coast variety. The French onion soup burst with taste, but something too salty. Veal Milanese was cooked nicely. Profiterole Dessert was a good conclusion, but we were filled with boy. Had New Year's dinner there. Overall, it was a good, not great experience. Normally, I would rate this as 3 stars, but I give an additional star for the service (thanks to Sawyer) and the accommodation for two quests that do not like any of the first course choices (so brought the cook shrimp cocktail). I enjoyed my beef tar and bone marrow appetizers very well; I liked the use of horseradish and the presentation in a big bone! The dry steak was also well cooked and well cooked (can easily seldom ask under my medium) but it was surprisingly hard and fat in stains. We had a great time here. The food was very good, from appetizer to main course to dessert. The waiter was very attentive and helped us picking the best food options. The wine was tasty, too, and we were able to switch from per glass to purchasing the whole bottle after the first glass. We will go here again.

Great of Bistro in the boys. One of the best French open soups I've ever had. Muscles were also great. Can't wait to go back
