Food and service were fab as always, we really enjoyed ourselves. The only minor negatives with the Bishop is the atmosphere is too rowdy, not sure what it is or can be done but many people who eat are so loud and obnoxious, maybe some soothing pub music that doesn’t make people talk louder? Other than that, the charter pie dish needed gravy to accompany it as it was quite dry
Great to be back in one of East Dulwich's finest hostelries. The Sunday Roast is as fabulous as ever, and it was good to see all the bar staff again. Excellent service and value for money
I tried the vegetarian wellington which was beetroot rather than nutty. Would have preferred the latter. Other than that, service was friendly, facilities clean and ample parking
