We booked a small, informal wake. The Acklam menu turned out to be delicious, especially the quiche. The service, attentiveness, drinks, space and layout were all entirely satisfactory. Thanks very much to everyone at the Blue Bell for coming up with the goods at a difficult time, making everything so smooth. Much appreciated.
We came as a family for a bite to eat and a couple of drinks. Mary was absolutely fantastic. Attentive, friendly, informative and most of all knowledgable. She helped us make things more comfortable for our 10 month old son which made our visit much more enjoyable.
On good points: staff are friendly and helpful. Room was basic but lovely and clean. Having fresh clean bedding and towels is really appreciated.
Taps in the toilet broken Hand dryer broken Food was ok but looked nothing like it did on the menu. Fairly priced Nice staff
