Customer service was not so great, was text that my table was ready come inside had to wait longer because in fact table was not ready then when one was they seated people who came in after me with a table of 4 which was supposed to be my table had to wait about 10-15 mins more there is no service in here suggest that they get WiFi because where I was sitting couldn’t even see tv so sat there eating food bored my server was either racist or have a bad attitude the other guy was pretty cool and more welcoming. We arrived with a big party and after waiting outside in the sun for over 20mins we walked inside to wait in the waiting area since it’s 100 degrees outside. As soon as we walked in, the host kicked us out but not the other parties. They said it was because we were a big party however they didn’t bother to kick out those that walked in after us. I felt it was wrong especially after we spent 20mins waiting in the sun already. Also, one of our family members was just discharged from the hospital from having a heat stroke. I will not be returning. We left as soon as they kicked us out.
Everything at any of the boiling crabs is just AMAZING! We tried downtown location and this one as well. Customer service as always was fantastic and food ofcourse one of the best seafood boil. They do have long wait times for dinner hours but it kinda moves quickly. And this food is definitely worth the wait!!
The quality of the food wasn’t great at all, may be because they are really busy on Sunday but still the food quality should stay the same

Good food. They do change the price to the market price for everything now. Which means that it is just getting more expensive
When a place you go to is always busy, you know something good is cookin'. The place is always a very diverse crowd.
