belper bookcafe: well, what can I say; in light. books and coffee, two things I really appreciate. this stop in belper turned out as much more than just books and coffee. I came here with my partner on a spontaneous laune, and I am so glad that we did, we had a nice time and a lust to return to the future. the caffe is located at an excellent location, with dedicated parking spaces that is free up to two hours, requires more a permission from caffe. as it turned out, were 2 hours more than enough for us to have an elegant sufficiency: the building is two-storey with customer food in the ground floor and in the first floor. there are also outside seats to be enjoyed when the sun is out. we de...
first visit in this beautiful caffe today with my dad. we both loved it and will definitely return! it was not busy and we have a table easy to choose to sit up. the exposed original brickworks, furniture in industrytile and decoration, including regale, the old books and an old bike show, complement all the picturesque ambiente of this old building. we had only one coffee (smooth,) that was delicious, just to our taste. there was a tempting display of homemade cakes and the breakfasts that were served looked amazing so we rehearse these joyful! highly recommended.
What a great little cafe,very good selection of cakes and pastries, hot food also available, also it's licensed, but after a five mile walk we just needed a bun and coffee. A nice touch having cooled water available customer side of the counter. Will call again.
