Quite possibly the worst meal i have ever had to be honest. One of our party ordered a salad which was £8.50 and all it had was brown lettuce and Broccoli in. Child's hotdog came out raw and everyones meal was only luke warm. Also witnessed whilst i was in the bathroom, one of the waitress' come out of one of the cubicles and walk straight back out onto the floor! Without even a thought of washing her hands! Used to always come here many years ago as it had excellent food and would not disappoint. Not quite sure what has happened. If it wasn't for our waiter and his excellent customer service and the atmosphere as a whole then would have walked out. Such a shame.
Visited here after our tour of the stadium, we had already pre booked and paid online when booking our time slot for the tour which was easy to do. There was a set menu and a supplement for extras and just paid for drinks, we had the klopp dog and chicken burger, wings for starter and ice cream for dessert. The portion sizes were good and the food itself was very tasty, when my chicken burger first came the edges looked v burnt, I think it was just the type of chicken most tastiest and not dry at all! It was very busy and we had a nice lunch with friendly staff.
Visited today after a look round Anfield!! We’ve been to the Boot Room many times but today was disappointing. The waiter was very friendly and professional but the food was not so great. I ordered a Scorcher Burger, when it came it was the Boot Room Burger. He had to check first with the chef before he would take it away. When the “proper one” came there were no jalapeños or chilli cheese or hot sauce! So certainly not a “Scorcher”! They hadn’t gave me fresh chips so by the time the new burger came they were cold!
Went to boot room as part of hospitality package.set 3 course menu was awful,when it did arrive it was smaller than a child’s portion. Soup starter was cold, main meal was pathetic and sweet was tiny.we had to sit at a table with another family,they were nice but it wasn’t what we expected.you have to pay for any drinks, even water.All this was £400 each,£1200!!!!! in total(match ticket was included).In my opinion this was an absolute rip off and will never ever do this again.WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Lovely burgers, pizza and fries. Friendly and attentive waitress. Reasonably priced food which was warm and well presented. Drinks quite expensive as you would expect from most restaurants. Catered to food allergies. We were cold in the restaurant but I think it was because we entered out of the cold and the ambient temperature didn't warm us up. Highly recommend the food and service. The lady's toilet just outside was clean and had free sanitary products which is a kind gesture.
Went post tour with my nine year old. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient and service was excellent. Food was really really good.....pasta dish was massive!! Really good experience and at a price that was really reasonably given they could have charged the Earth....£20 for two main courses plus drinks. Great place!!
Great lunch in a lovely bistro on the Anfield site. Burgers and hotdogs for my friends while I enjoyed a Ceasar salad. Good wine and nice atmosphere. Would recommend to friends and family groups.
