I was a bit disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, to be honest. A friend had recommended it to me and I had high expectations. The waitress was very nice and apologetic throughout our visit, which was appreciated. However, after ordering, we waited over an hour for our food. The waitress informed us that they were short-staffed, but we had already placed our order. My order was incorrect, so I had to wait even longer while my partner started eating. When my food finally arrived, I was very disappointed. The burger was soggy and flavorless, and my partner's meal was just as bad if not worse (dry, cold, no flavor). I don't mind paying for good food, but the bill for 2 meals and 2...
I have dined at this restaurant before and recently made a reservation for lunch with a friend. I booked the reservation three weeks in advance, only to be informed on the morning of our booking that it had been cancelled due to a private event. We were offered an earlier time slot, but unfortunately, we were unable to attend due to prior commitments. I was told that there was a mistake in their booking system. I find it unacceptable to be notified so last minute, as we are now unable to make a reservation elsewhere since most places are fully booked. Booking systems should be checked and reviewed prior to the day of the reservation. I was reassured that they hope this will not happen again...
What a great venue, we were here for a birthday celebration and the place was perfect; it was a buffet style celebration with a proper party atmosphere, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly, engaging and welcoming and the night (7pm til midnight) went really smoothly with no one waiting too long to be served. To top it off a silver charm, with huge sentimental value, was lost during the evening, 'The Kitchen ' was contacted the next morning, they had found it and held on to it so a massive thank you for that. Highly recommend the Brentwood Kitchen if you have special event to celebrate.
We hired Brentwood Kitchen for my sister’s surprise 40th birthday and I couldn’t recommend enough. The staff on the evening were so so helpful, the food was perfect and the event organiser Sam was really helpful from start to finish. Would highly recommend. The Venue is decorated so no need for lots of balloons etc as the decor is perfect for a party. Book a table now
We chose TBK to celebrate our special day and it was the best decision. The staff were amazing from the moment we booked our wedding celebrations to the day itself. They could not do enough and looked after every need. We would recommend this venue for any special occasion and we look forward to going back.
Average price. Food fair to good depending on what you order. We ordered 4 meals 2 were OKish. The tables were sticky and the area could be cleaner. One toilet not checked regularly so not the best. Manager (older lady) not friendly ...
You have to go here the food is amazing especially the breakfast burger!!! Rachel our waitress was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us.
