Great portions at great prices. Can get busy. All basic food but be amazed at the fantastic portions. The prices are so much cheaper than other pubs here, so is great value for money. Staff are polite and prompt with the food flowing fast out of the kitchens. Had a crackin smooth bitter here too from the Benskins Brewery. Defo go for the kids portions unless you are starving, and don’t worry you won’t be embarrassed. My fav pub after trying out the Shake and the Moon.
beautiful pub at the river and the breakfast is very rich, good quality eating and good size portions, very good value and good price, the staff are friendly that they feel well looked around, the whole place was kept very clean and handsanitiser is sanitised at the main entrance and tables in front of their sitting, there is a parking space opposite the pub and disabled access. it is better to book a table in advance. a credit to the owners and employees.
always a warm welcome by friendly staff. fantastic breakfast. ham eiersalat and baked kartoffel always winer. while Covid restrictions, always felt our security again, and the security of the family business pub was very important. a way system, and good signs to the forgotten how to stay safe. very recommend to try the food, never disappointed.
Lovely staff. Food always good. Lovely outside terrace for those pleasant summer days. Can't fault it.
