Our server Mia was an absolute delight. She was very attentive and pleasant. The outside seating was good. I liked the breeze as we ate and the sound of the water feature as we ate our meals. I had the stuffed shells, which Mia suggested and they did not disappoint! They were literally the best I have ever eaten. If you ever find yourself around this place, do yourself a favor and eat here. My son had the fettuccine Alfredo which he said was good but he said it lacked the bite of the romano cheese like mine has. My husband had the lobster ravioli that he said was perfection! Friendly and attentive staff and owners. Beautiful dinning and bar areas. High ceilings and the wall facing Broad Street is glass and offers a nice view of the downtown. Best Italian food in Bethlehem. The pizza menu both traditional and also creative. All ingredients are fresh and the crust has a crispy bottom. They also make the best wings in the area. Restrooms are spotless.
It’s been hit or miss at The Brick. Fantastic service, pizza, and calamari during our visit earlier in the month. Yesterday was a completely different story. The calamari was tough and overcooked. We mentioned it to 2 staff members and nothing happened. Was optimistic that this would be our new go to Italian restaurant in Bethlehem after our first visit… not quite.
Nice, open and airy restaurant, clean bathrooms, tables inside and for outside dining as well. Very clean Very good food, nice selection of beverages, very nice staff. Very much recommended while in Historic Bethlehem, Pa.
