The older bartenders obviously have always closed us RECHT before moving abroad, before bar parties should be closed with larger checks, which means we have not been tipped out accordingly. They were also not subtle about it, and we were told by another bartender that the tips we got were uncharacteristic low. I had a few friendly staff, but a handful of Catty Townie types, and 1 good shift manager (NOT the GM at the time) in my opinion, but would not work hands down here again. Leave this for anyone looking for a job if it's helpful.
Love coming here for dinner, but the Brickhouse also does a great brunch on Saturday's and Sunday's from 8-Noon. Good idea to get there early, the tables tend to fill up quickly. Staff is incredibly friendly and warm, overall great atmosphere.
Excellent pizza. Went here on a Wednesday and it was packed. Definitely a local spot as the bartenders knew most of the customers. Eggplant pizza is great and the cocktails/martinis are strong and priced right; $10.
Chicken parmigian was good but the eggplant parmigian sandwich was terrible. Dime thin slices were over breaded. Very little sauce also and I had to ask for more marinana. Chef needs to work on a new recipe.

We've been ordering from here all the time, but they've only spent money to get out. Very disappointed when it was the only reasonable pasta in Dedham. You're not ready for the younger cashless generations.
It's wonderful to have a neighborhood joint where it's all about good food and fun. No stuffy snobbery visible just great food and friendly service. Oh and a little leftovers for lunch the next day!
Hands down the best pancakes I had made outside the pancakes my dad had made for me as a child! The food is always fantastic and the ambience is relaxed and friendly.
