Overall the food was average. The burgers were big but you pay a premium for fries. I would prefer if they just raise the price and make french fries the standard. The item included is potato chips. My mom and daughter had the burgers and said they were pretty good. I had the stuffed prawns which didn't have much flavor. I could tell I ate prawns and crabs but there wasn't much flavor. The serving consisted of four stuffed prawns. However, the shrimp were of the medium variety I would buy at my local market. They were torn apart with a tablespoon-sized crab ball. Crab dip was below average but steamed prawns were great. The server never cleared the table before bringing more food out. Then the runner looked confused when I asked them to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed that the building was under negative air pressure caused by the hood of the kitchen hood (sucked in doors of the kitchen parlor) which caused hot, humid outside air to enter the restaurant when the outside doors opened. Sit away from the doors if you want air conditioning. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to a long pier on the water.
We were in town to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. Party of 6. I had asked for a nice lookout table but unfortunately they couldn't accommodate as it was a prom weekend - got it. 2 dinners with scallops, 1 fried shrimp, 1 stuffed stone fish, 1 stuffed shrimp and 1 cedar salmon. All good, but salmon was a little over the top. Alanna, our server was great. All in all, good food and a good time
Nice enough restaurant but way too noisy. Food very good, but not excellent. I had marked our group as a birthday party (my grandson's 19th) but the waiter told us they hadn't done anything on special occasions - a disappointment as the question was asked when I made the reservation through Open Table. A bit pricey, but I suppose that's to be expected on a warm summer weekend.

Even though it was Mother's Day our table was ready, the service was good and the food was at the right temperature. We were happy that The Lighthouse is now under Open Table for reservations.
Everything about this place is amazing. Great view, great food, great service. I will definitely come again and again!
The food and service were wonderful! We had a great birthday party. Will be back soon.
