I have visited Burger Shack several times with friends whenever I am in Chantilly, and every visit has been enjoyable. Although it may appear to be a simple stand-alone spot by the roadside, Burger Shack offers delicious food. Despite the limited parking (less than 10 cars), it is a place my friends and I keep coming back to. The burgers have never disappointed me. I usually opt for the custom 7 oz burger, which is always a tasty treat and budget-friendly. They also provide a ketchup dispenser and cups for customer convenience. As I was walking into the restaurant(already in the door), a lady who worked in the back sped past me as I was coming in. Instead of stopping and letting me come in first, she decided to be rude and walk right on out of the door. Not one “excuse me”, acknowledgement, or anything. That already turned me off from the place besides driving up and there barely being any parking spots for customers. No greeting when you walk in and everyone seemed annoyed except for the young lady who gave me my food. The burger wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. I won’t be returning due to the rude employee. Once I’m disrespected, I never return to give a business my hard earned money.
I have very high standards for burgers and the Burger Shack exceeded them by a mile. The patty was perfectly cooked with incredible flavor and was super juicy. The fries had the good good crispness and the shake really hit the spot, even in the middle of January. I will happily drive the hour it took me to get here. Great job, The Burger Shack! Burgers were waaaay over salted and burned. (Ordered medium. Almost too salty to eat. Ordered one burger with no tomato or mayo. It came with tomato and smothered in mayo. The kid at the counter was nice, but probably stoned. Hard to imagine a place that has burger in its name not making an edible burger, but here we are.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but they do not serve alcohol. The burgers were fantastic and the fries were delicious. The service was also excellent. I plan to try the hot dog next time.
