The service was good, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. The small green salad was simply boring in terms of appearance and taste (was there even a sauce on it? . Unfortunately no bread was served with the salad. The fries weren't crispy enough (fresh? . The burgers were a mess with the cooking levels and the taste here was simply weak. Had to add salt to the burger to give it some flavor. You can definitely expect a lot more from a burger shop, especially when it comes to fries and burgers (also considering the prices . What has happened there? Your food used to be really good. A pity...
Burger was good but nothing exceptional. The fries with the truffle sauce and the sweet potato fries were excellent. I really like the service, the lady that took our order was really e nice, professional and helpful. The good thing is that they have lactose free and gluten free buns and vegan options.
Since I have to decide between 4 and 5 stars, I'll take 4 stars, but it's 4.49. I have nothing to really criticize. The burger was very good, but not outstanding. The fries were very good, but not outstanding. The service and the ambience, however, were outstanding. All in all I really liked it.
Fries were burnt and like they had been fried before. What a shame! The taste of the burger isn't really my thing. Not fresh tomatoes, but pickled dried tomatoes. By chance the lady from service was there and then gone. Otherwise no staff anywhere.

It said gluten free buns. I double checked when they brought me my food that it was infact gluten free but I had a bad reaction to my meal in the end and turns out something was not gluten free in my burger
The evening at Butscher was very enjoyable, the staff were very attentive. The food we ordered was very delicious and made you feel comfortable.
My daughter enjoyed a gluten free meal of a hamburger bun, fries, and side of avocado.
