Chose Capital Grille to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were very happy with our experience! Our table was prepared with an anniversary theme before we arrived (we had reservations) and set the tone for our celebration from the moment we sat down. Our server, David, was very attentive to every aspect of our experience and ensured we were well taken care of. In fact all of the staff were amazing. The food was near perfect and did not disappoint. The minor issues we had burnt and bitter garlic in the spinach and too salty scallops were immediately addressed and corrected without hesitation. The lamb chops and bone in filet mignon were cooked to perfection and exceeded expectations. The s...

EXCELLENT dining experience!!! The food and service were 5 star! We had the scallop with lobster risotto entree special, the Filet Oscar special and the Ny Strip entree. We also had the lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail. The cheesecake was our favorite out of the 3 desserts we tried. The old fashioned's and pineapple martinis along with dirty vodka martinis were all excellent. We also had bottles of white and red wine on the 90+ point menu. Both were delicious. Our server Rashad gave outstanding service. He was attentive, professional and interactive. He gave us a taste of a 12yr bourbon that is a hard to find bottle, which was a very unexpected gesture and was the cherry on top of our 5 st...
I can’t comment on the food since I only had time to get a bottle of water. I made a reservation for 5:45 PM but ended up leaving after waiting for a server to approach our table. Unfortunately, it was not what I expected. As I was walking out, the manager noticed what had happened and rushed over to apologize and offer a gift card for a future visit, but honestly, I don't think I'll return. It's crucial for a restaurant to provide excellent service from the moment you arrive until you leave. I had an entirely different experience at Daily Gather, where I was welcomed without a reservation and had a server with me in seconds, followed by our food arriving just a few minutes later.
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. It's been 50 minutes since we were seated, and not even an appetizer has arrived at our table. This is the second time we've experienced this here. The first time, we thought it might have been an isolated issue, but this latest experience has taken the cake. I'm thoroughly disappointed and won’t be returning. When our food finally arrived, it all came out at once due to “miscommunication.” The food is fantastic, as usual, but receiving everything at once is just frustrating. I suppose all’s well that ends well, but it really shouldn’t have to come to that. Book a table now
We were there early. Our server arranged for a kitchen tour. We really enjoyed it and the chief's explanation of the aged steaks. 3 of the 5 of us ordered the aged NY strips. We all loved these steaks. After eating the aged beef, my wife's filet seemed tender but tasteless by comparison. For me, this is my Go-To steak when we visit Capital Grill.
The food was great as usual, however the service was not as good as usual. Our server told us the bread was going to be out soon TWICE, it was not out soon. The part that threw me off was when he was taking our order, and asked if we were sharing an entree? Why would the 3 of us be sharing one small entree?
We were there for lunch and ate at the bar. French onion soup and a Caesar salad. Not only was the food great but the bartender was helpful with selections, timing of the food and the overall quality of experience.
Thanks Quincy for making our experience the best. Ensuring the cocktails (infusion) was made to order and choose great menu selections for us. Looking forward to enjoying your hospitality again soon. Book a table now
We booked the private dining room for a work function. Always fun to have a room to yourself. The service is flawless and the steaks are of course excellent. As is the lobster mac and cheese.
The food was outstanding from beginning to end. I highly recommend trying the flourless chocolate cake and the cheesecake.
