I have rarely been disappointed in a Cheesecake Factory before, but this visit was an exception. It was my first time at the Fort Lauderdale location, as I am a regular at the Palm Beach and Atlanta locations. The issue was the lack of servers, leading to very slow service. We waited 45 minutes just to order our entrees while still holding our menus and wine list. Our server did his best, but he was overwhelmed and made some mistakes that are not typical of Cheesecake Factory service. I hope this feedback helps you improve, as I will continue to dine at Cheesecake Factory, which is my favorite US restaurant.
Our waitress Maria is the best. So attentive and remembered our orders from last time. Awesome experience!
