Really Nice for a Mall Restaurant. This place is busy like most of the Cheesecake Factories. <br/ <br/ The only downside of this location: It is seems smaller than the rest AND darker. ALSO you have to run the gauntlet of stollers due to it being connected to the mall. This restaurant is a gem for those who enjoy soft breads and gumbos. I have been a fan of this place since 2015. The cheesecakes are especially delicious and filling. Located in a prime spot at Woodfield Mall near Schaumburg, this restaurant has ample seating with a bakery inside. The service is top-notch and the wait time is usually between 15-30 minutes, but well worth it. My favorite dishes include the chicken gumbos and soft bread starters. While the prices may be on the higher side, the quality of the food is worth every penny.
First time there and it was really good, but without reservation you will wait really long time for the table during the weekend. I had bacon bacon cheeseburger and some pasta with chicken. Plates are really big for a really good price. You have a choice from 'skinny menu ' healthier meals. Really nice place with a really huge choice from the menu. Place was clean, nice, cozy. The food at this restaurant was amazing. I ordered the Jamaican style chicken and shrimp with beans and rice, which tasted delicious. The portions were huge and the service was great. I also had room for a slice of delicious snicker cheesecake. The food was not too expensive and overall, it was a great dining experience. Check out the photo of the dish I had above.
If u r a dessert lover ....must place to visit!!!<br/ <br/ Do try the ultimate red velvet cake. I also tried 30th anniversary chocolate cake cheesecake , both were super yummy although they were very heavy to be eaten all alone.<br/ <br/ Yummylicious.....finger licking cakes :
The food and service at this restaurant are always outstanding every time we visit. We have never had a bad meal, and the filet steak is one of the best I have ever had - so juicy and flavorful.
It is a family tradition for us to come here to celebrate my parents' birthdays, and this year did not disappoint, as always. We started with the dynamite shrimp and loved it.

I visited this cheesecake factory years ago, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I went with a friend and we both enjoyed our meal.
May be a little pricey from what you would expect from a mall side restaurant but definitely worth every penny
