Always summarize a good/solid experience in the cheesecake factory (one of my favorite business chain restaurants). highly recommended to book a reservation in advance on yelp because it can be overcrowded. bar seating in the regular also available if they prefer not to wait for so long food- 4 stars quite extensive menu, but I would probably choose for their hamburger and cheesecake as their best options. the bark is so juicy that it tastes that they grind the meat in the house. try them to get away from the steak entrée options service- 4 stars the server were always quite solid when I am here. pretty fast and thorough. the only knock is at the hostess station. came here because they have claimed gluten-free options. I ordered a burger with green beans instead of fries, but the burger was originally served on a regular bungalow that the server should claim a gluten-free bread, but was admittedly unsure. the waiter didn't know which measures were present, but they replaced the burger for me. I was still sick after the experience. the manager was aware of gluten contamination, but was not a personal one. that was a giant no. they also had no gluten-free menus, they had some dinges that were marked on the menu, but others were only marked online. service was also bad outside of gluten. pancakes were served dry with no sirup or butter until we asked, a...

I love this place. Although it is very crowded, eating is great as well as a service. the drinks were beautiful and strong, but not overwhelming with alcohol. our waitress was very friendly and helpful, running out and made our culinary experience fun. even with us, if you've been there, you know what I'm talking about, if they don't, then they should go and check it out from a little expensive, but that's worth the money. may I suggest one if they make reservations, the waiting period was not really long, but as I said it was a waiting time, and when you go, you will see why there was a waiting time. plus her cheesecake is of course amazing
I was with my son who liked to go to the cheesecake factory, so I didn't make a big thing when I was there, but we ordered avocado that we didn't have in one. I don't know if they changed the recipe, but the rolls were so small, flat and not worth $14.50 then I ordered a small plate of taquitos. it was literally a taquito cut into 4 small parts and the end parts were burned. the orange huh was pretty good, but again, for $20 the part was super small and rice was boiled over. this is the third shot I gave valencia cheesecake. the salted caramel cheesecake is the best, but you eat is seriously overpriced and it is not worth going again.
The initial wait for a table was about half an hour. We started off with a drink and a snack, both of which were good. We placed our order for dishes as well. Our drinks and appetizer were promptly served within 5 minutes, but then we were forgotten about for an hour. Other tables that arrived after us received their meals before us. By the time our food finally arrived, it was cold and the other tables who came in later were already leaving.
Bom. My husband go the bacon bacon burger to go, ate it 2 hours later and said and said it was one of the best burgers he had in his life. Amazing! My dad agreed. I got the blackened shrimp meal and the egg roll platter. So good!!! Janelle was an awesome server and suggested a bom drink for me. Fabulous also requested a drink. The Georgia Peach. Bom! We went for my aunts birthday and we were accommodated very nicely.

First and second time visiting service was not to be desired. Waiters and waitresses had the demeanor of not wanting to be there. So we tried it for the 3rd time just for drinks and again bartender didn’t acknowledge us or the others that were there. Won’t be back…
The food was good, as well as the service. The place was verybpacked and we had a wait of 30 to 40 minutes for a party of 8. I love the mango lime cheesecake.
